Technical Team
Hardware Technician
Detects, assesses, logs, and fixes client hardware and software issues.
May perform technical support tasks for Web Developers.
Makes recommendations for technology, hardware, and software to the Technical Director.
Supports the technical team with technical and administrative tasks as necessary.
Junior Web Developer I
Develops websites using Kompozer, Frontpage, Word Press, and/or Dreamweaver.
Implements and maintains EZ Sites.
Familiar with HTML.
Junior Web Developer II
Develops websites using Kompozer, Frontpage, Word Press, and/or Dreamweaver.
Develops websites using HTML/DHTML.
Familiar with JavaScript.
Implements and maintains EZ Sites.
Designs EZ Sites templates.
Senior Web Developer I
Develops websites using Drupal or Joomla, Frontpage, Word Press, and Dreamweaver.
Develops websites using HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, and PHP.
Comfortable with FTP, SFTP, WinSCP, PuTTy and SSH.
Familiar with Unix, Apache, and MySQL.
Implements and maintains EZ Sites.
Implements and maintains custom site projects.
Performs some web server administration.
Understands all aspects of the MDS Sales Process.
Senior Web Developer II
Develops websites using Drupal or Joomla, Frontpage, Wordpress, and Dreamweaver.
Develops websites using HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, and PHP.
Learns other scripting languages and applies them as necessary to relevant projects.
Comfortable with Unix, Apache, FTP, SFTP, WinSCP, PuTTy and SSH.
Works with MySQL to design, develop, and maintain database projects.
Implements and maintains EZ Sites.
Designs, implements and maintains custom site projects.
Performs web and mail server administration.

Assists other members of the Technical Team with their workload as needed.
Performs administrative and Human Resources tasks to support the Technical Team.

Quality checks all work done by the Technical Team.
Conducts audits of Technical Team processes and implements any measures needed to increase productivity, efficiency, or profitability.

Identifies, records and contacts potential sales leads for EZ Sites and custom work.
Distributes business cards, brochures, and other marketing materials for MDS.
Performs all aspects of the MDS Sales Process.
Composes business emails and letters and conducts sales phone calls.
Expected to generate and record a minimum of 10 leads/week.
Expected to sell a minimum of 2 EZ Sites minimum/month after training period.
Understands the custom quote process.
Junior Sales Associate II
Identifies, records and contacts potential sales leads for EZ Sites and custom work.
Distributes business cards, brochures, and other marketing materials for MDS.
Performs all aspects of the MDS Sales Process.
Composes business emails and letters and conducts sales phone calls.

Expected to generate and record a minimum of 25 leads/week.
